Collection, Use, and Sharing: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you provide us via our registration forms and email. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside/inside of our organization.


Information we collect: Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our special registration deals, new programs or changes to this privacy policy.

When you register on line for our programs and workshop we ask to provide personal information including: Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Name, Address, email address, copy of your ID/DL, and copy of resume and transcripts. We ask for credit card information while submitting payments on pay pal. We use resources that follow privacy policies and take an extra step to secure your information.


Information security: The information we collect, we provide it to our students in the form of a pdf copy. If as a student, you feel that your information is not secured you can meet in person with the admissions staff and institution staff and/or come in person to meet with the Executive Director. As we need this information for registration coming in person the staff will collect the information and keep it secured in a non-accessible area.


Security: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. The source of our collection is through forms that use encryption so your information is protected. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to keep record as Records Manager/Records department or Records employee/s can access your information.


Online Information Security: The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. SIAHT has SSL certification that ensures security of any information shared on our platform. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. To be able to create an SSL connection a web server requires an SSL Certificate.


Offline Information Security: Offline we keep our students’ information secured in locked cabinets, that are not accessible to everyone in the organization.The confidentiality of student records is maintained under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
